Administrative and Social Media Intern
Entertainment and business growth strategies firm looking for a part-time Administrative Intern to support with office management, events and marketing support. We are seeking an eager, qualified applicant with an interest in marketing, event planning, public relations, social media and entertainment to support our clients who include A-list talent, films, fashion brands and non-profits.

Interns will benefit from one-on-one mentoring from executive and supporting staff. Interns will work alongside full-time staff learning valuable skills in internet marketing, event planning, and corporate/talent outreach along with the day-to-day communication and administrative functions of an entertainment firm.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with day-to-day operations, outreach, event planning and social media.
-Assist with planning and executing marketing events for high profile clients.
-Research marketing trends in fashion, music, and entertainment news.
-Execute general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and occasional errands.
-Play a large role in running the corporate social media accounts, including facebook, instagram, and twitter.
-Writing and publishing blog posts on the company tumblr blog.

Qualifications:
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be professional, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
-Must be effective in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Must be currently enrolled in school.
-Must be savvy with facebook, instagram, twitter, and tumblr content creation and management.
-Must be willing to learn!

Internship term is 3-6 months depending on performance with a minimum of 7-10 office hours per week.
