We are looking for interns who are able to devote a minimum of 3 days per week beginning immediately for a period of 2-3 months. College credit is mandatory. This is an unpaid internship.
Requirements: excellent organizational and problem solving skills, strong interest in production, good verbal and written communications skills. Punctuality, time management and the ability to work autonomously are essential. Interns will be part of small team working in the office and on site for various projects. We work with top beauty editors at national magazines, as well as many local and regional press and scores of bloggers. We plan and execute large and small events for non-profits, product launches, etc.
Your responsibilities would primarily include extensive telephone and email outreach, checking-in with our hundreds of contacts to keep up with what they\'re working on as well as on-site assistance at events, as well as the many logistical aspects to what we do... shipping and delivery, etc.
We are rapidly developing our social media and online presence and would request your assistance in that.
You would gain valuable experience with all the day-to-day operations of a top boutique PR firm.

Good phone presence and excellent writing skills are welcome, as well as experience with microsoft word, excel, google docs, twitter, pinterest, welcome.
Tasks and responsibilities may include, but not limited to: office maintenance, data entry, researching, answering phones, craft service shopping, updating IMDB, and assisting with creating call sheets, production books & basic accounting such as organizing petty cash (don\'t worry – if you haven\'t learned how to do these things yet, that\'s the point of this internship! to teach the basic skills of production).
This is great position for someone who is interested in learning how to produce/manage productions but is having a difficult time finding the connections/ learning the basics to get hired as an Office Production Assistant.
This is an unpaid internship, but within a fast growing production company, so there is always the opportunity for part-time hire down the road (in addition to the occasional paid set PA gigs!). Please note: we will buy your working meals, give you IMDB credit, gas reimbursements (if you do have to run the occasional errand or two), and teach you the basic skills of film production.
Requirements: excellent communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, in addition to a solid working knowledge of the following: Mac & PC Computers, MS Office and Excel (added bonus if you have working knowledge of any of the following software: final cut, adobe premiere, power point, final draft, keynote, EP Budgeting/Scheduling or Gorilla Budgeting/Scheduling).

• Assisting in the development of digital content and educational programs by creating curricular-based activities
• Helping with project-based research and/or design by aiding in the development of screeners & discussion guides, taking notes during research sessions, and preparing design documents
• Creating & disseminating marketing materials for our PlayLab
• General administrative duties
